All items purchased online via our OSKAR website can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit. All store credits are valid for 6 months.

 

Exchange Policy

 

For all online purchases via our OSKAR website, you may exchange your garment for any item of your choice (subject to availability) with equal or lesser value.

Please Note: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a store credit, exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.

Exchanges will only be accepted if;

- the goods were purchased from our OSKAR website;

- the goods are in saleable condition;

- in their original packaging with all tags attached;

- the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed;

- you notify us to exchange within 14 days of receipt of goods;

- the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided and goods are returned to us within 7 days.

We do not credit original shipping fees unless deemed faulty.

All shipping costs in relation to the return of the garment to our warehouse must be arranged and prepaid for by the customer. All returned goods will be the customer’s responsibility until it reaches our warehouse so please ensure there is a tracking number when sending the goods back to us and that it is properly packaged to avoid any damages during transit.

For all online purchases via our OSKAR website, we do offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases. However, all shipping costs in relation to the return of the garment to our warehouse must be arranged and prepaid for by the customer. Any returned goods will be the customer’s responsibility until it reaches our warehouse so please ensure there is a tracking number when sending the goods back to us and that it is properly packaged to avoid any damages during transit.

Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser’s credit card and will only include shipping costs for items deemed faulty. We do not credit original shipping fees for simply a change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases.

Returns are permitted where:

- the goods were purchased via our OSKAR website;

- the items are in saleable condition;

- in their original packaging with all tags attached;

- the items have not been worn, damaged or washed;

- you notify us for a return/exchange within 14 days of receipt;

- the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided;

- the items are faulty (unless caused by you)

- your items received are different to the goods you have ordered and goods are returned to us within 7 days.

How to Return / Exchange

 

  1. Request your Return Authorisation Number (R.A.) by emailing hello@oskarthelabel.com within 14 days of receiving your order and item must be returned within 7 days.
    2. Please include in email your Customer Order Number, and which item(s) you would like to return/exchange.
    3. Once your return/exchange has been approved we will send you an email with your (R.A.) number.
    4. Complete the Returns & Exchange form (CLICK HEREto download a copy and send to the below address with the returned item/s:

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your return/exchange within 5 business days. Return shipping must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.
